Roma were 1-0 down against Bordeaux, but managed to hit back and win 1-3. Baptista scored two and Vucini scored once for Roma while Gourcuff scored the goal for the French side.
Baptista came on as a sub in the match.
“We changed things around in the second half, especially up front and we soon found it much better,” Baptista told Mediaset.
“I am recovering my form well and I am pleased with my performance. I want to show that I deserve to wear the jersey and I am hoping to continue doing well for the team.”
