Atletico Madrid will face Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League in the coming week.
The Uruguayan scored both of United’s goals in the 2-1 win and is looking forward to his return to Anfield.
“I’m looking forward to going back to Liverpool,” Forlan said.
“I am a better player now than when I was at United.”
