The Hajduk Split youngster is set to join Valencia in a deal worth around £6million.
“I believe the clubs will find a deal,” Kalinic told Sportske Novosti.
“If the offer satisfies Hajduk, I am ready to go.
“All sides would benefit, Hajduk would earn big money and I would get a completely new challenge.
“My current contract runs until the summer of 2010, and I think that this winter is the perfect time for a transfer.”
Kalinic has also been linked with several other clubs, including Portsmouth.
