The 20-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to cash-rich Premier League side Manchester City in recent weeks.
“Yes, I can give you a message,” said Aguirre.
“I know he is very happy at Atletico and he is still a very young player.
“For those reasons he will be staying with us for many years irrespective of how much money is on offer.”
Aguero joined Atletico from Independiente in 2006.
