The Italian newspaper claims Juventus sports director Alessio Secco held negotiations with Valencia over a move for Joaquin, after their triumph over Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Joaquin’s contract with Valencia expires in 2012 and the Spanish international has a massive 40million euros buy-out clause.
Valencia could be interested in selling Joaquin due to recent financial problems.
