The Bundesliga side have been linked with a 15million euros move for the 29-year-old.
Bayern Munich star Mark van Bommel’s contract will expire at the end of the season and the German side wants to bring in Tymoschuk as a replacement.
Van Bommel’s agent Rob Jansen told Kicker: “We are still waiting for Bayern and their plans.
“If they don’t want Mark anymore then he will be off. That’s the way it is in football.”
