The 21-year-old Liverpool midfielder is set to feature in the Carling Cup tie with Tottenham tomorrow night.
He said: “I have never played at Wembley and hopefully I will get the opportunity, but we are only at the start of the Carling Cup.
“I know it’s a very famous stadium.
“Some of the Brazil internationals have played there but I have never had the opportunity to play in one of them, so hopefully I can play in the final.
“The Carling Cup is an opportunity for us to show what we can do.
“It is not as important as the Premier League but when you play for a club like Liverpool you want to win all the trophies.”
