The 28-year-old has been linked with a move to Portsmouth in French media in recent days.
“Today I am wearing PSG’s shirt and I am proud of it,” Pancrate told Le Parisien.
“But if tomorrow I have the possibility to play abroad, including in England, I would definitely think about it.”
Middlesbrough have previously been linked with a move for the PSG ace.
