The defender has impressed in the Champions League this season for AaB Aalborg and scored a goal in their 2-2 draw with Manchester United on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old has also attracted interest from Borussia Monchengladbach, Schalke and Hamburg.
Jakobsen has 12 months left on his contract with the Danish club.
