“We will try as hard as we can to negotiate with Milito,” Preziosi told Radio Radio TV.
“But it also depends on him because sometimes you can’t stop players making a move.
“We have made a great effort to match his wages of £2.3m per season, but we can’t compete with sides who are offering double that sum.”
