The Argentine joined Genoa in 2004 but the Italian side sold him to Real Zaragoza a year later.
Genoa then re-signed him for just £5million last summer.
“I am not thinking about the national team, only about Genoa and helping them reach their goals,” Milito explained.
“I am very well in Genoa, everybody knows it, even President Preziosi. We’ll see what happens at the end of the championship,” Milito added.
The 29-year-old has been linked with several clubs, including Inter and Juventus.
