The 27-year-old, who has previously been linked with Manchester United and Newcastle, admits he is flattered to be linked with a switch to the Premier League.
“I have not spoken with anybody and these rumours always appear in relation to the Premier League,” Lopez told the Spanish press.
“This is praise for any footballer but now I am focused on Villarreal for the last few matches of this season.”
