The Rossoneri are focusing on Fabiano after Edin Dzeko decided to stay with Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.
Fabiano has a contract until 2011 with the Spanish side and has a buyout clause that is worth £51million, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Reports says Sevilla want around £23million for the Brazilian striker.
