Cribari is unsettled at Lazio and Palermo are in pole position to sign the defender.
“In the last part of the season I didn’t like the way Lazio behaved with my client,” said agent Davide Torchia.
“It’s a strange situation. President Claudio Lotito asked for lots of money but I believe he can go for £2.5m.”
Torchia has revealed that Palermo sporting director Walter Sabatini knows Cribari well.
He added: “They (Palermo) have shown great interest in him. Sabatini knows Cribari really well. I see him a lot so he would only need a call to sign my client.
“But we are yet to receive contact so at the moment nothing is definite.”
