The 28-year-old Norway international has been linked with Aston Villa, Arsenal and Manchester City in recent weeks.
He told Aftenbladet, when asked he believed he would remain at Fulham next season: “I believe so. It looks that way.”
“I’m very happy at Fulham and would like a new contract, but then we must agree on something that both parties can be satisfied with,” he told TV 2 Sporten.
