Reports have linked the 26-year-old midfielder with a move to Fenerbahce, in recent weeks.
Altintop’s contract with Bayern Munich expires in 2010.
“I am not joining them (Fenerbahce). I do not know anything about that,” Altintop told Kicker-Sportmagazin.
“There are always Turkish clubs looking to sign Turkish players from foreign leagues because they would help to raise the standard of the Turkish league.
“Even though it is nice to have your name promoted, I can rule out a move. I do not have a transfer in mind and I am staying.”
He added: “I want to show the manager (Louis van Gaal) I am worth a chance and then I want to take the opportunity given to me.
“I have the potential to be a first-team regular when I am not injured. I feel happy at Bayern and I have a chance to do well here.
“I have not been in touch with anyone from Galatasaray, Besiktas or Fenerbahce and I have definitely not spoken to Christoph Daum (new Fenerbahce boss).”
