The Ivory Coast international has agreed a three-year contract at Lille.
He told skysports.com: “I am grateful. I am sad to leave Le Mans but Lille is another step in my development.
“I am going there to improve and I am very happy about that.
“There were other offers but Lille is the right place to be at the moment.”
