Reports have suggested that the out-of-contract defender could re-negotiate a new deal with West Ham.
“The West Ham thing is off. It looks like he’s going to Galatasaray,” a source told the Daily Star.
Neill will link up with Australia team-mate Harry Kewell, if he joins Galatasaray.
