Cruz was unveiled in Beijing on Sunday, following his recent arrival from Inter.
“I am very happy with how negotiations unfolded and the opportunity Lazio have given me,” Cruz declared to Lazialita.
“Lazio are an extremely prestigious club who have done well in recent times. My first objective now is to get into shape and win the love of my new fans,” he continued.
“I intend to give my utmost for the good of the team. I hope to push Lazio to new heights and only then will I look at my personal achievements,” he added.
