The new deal will keep Gignac at the Municipal Stadium until 2013.
“Andre-Pierre Gignac has just extended his contract with Toulouse until 2013,” the club said in a statement on their official website.
“It is a strong sign which indicates the desire of the club to keep its best individuals as well as that of the player to show how attached he is to Les Violets.”
