Pompey have sold both Jermaine Defoe and Peter Crouch to service their debts this summer.
“I thought we played okay against Fulham and I thought there were a lot of positives to be taken,” said Hart.
“The criticism that could be levelled at us is that we didn’t hit the target from 15 attempts.
“That’s a concern because I thought we got in positions for chances and half chances and didn’t finish them off.
“You have to look on the positive side and say that we got there and created things. I think we have people who can score goals.”
