Everton closing in on Taylor

Sky Sports News reports that Everton are in talks to sign the 23-year-old from the Magpies.

Taylor has also been linked with Aston Villa, Fulham and Arsenal recently.

The two clubs are yet to agree on a transfer fee for the defender.
