Grosso has agreed a three-year contract with the Old Lady and the Italians have paid £2.5million for the defender.
“The purchase of Fabio Grosso adds further quality to an already very competitive squad,” said Juve chief executive Jean-Claude Blanc.
The former Inter Milan ace has been keen on a return to Italian football this summer.
