The 22-year-old was linked with both Barcelona and Real Madrid this summer.
“I do not know if I will leave the Premiership next year,” he told Spanish newspaper Marca.
“I am happy there and it is an important year for the club. I have not spoken to anyone, if something has to happen it will happen, but currently there is nothing.
“For two or three years there was something (interest from Real Madrid). It’s true that Madrid and its fans have always been very good to me and that I will be forever grateful.”
