The 27-year-old is expected to leave Spurs in the January transfer window after failing to settle in London.
“I will meet Tottenham’s directors in the next few days to understand the lad’s future,” Pavlyuchenko’s agent is quoted as telling Il Corriere dello Sport.
“Spartak and Zenit are interested in him, but Milan could also reveal themselves to be an interesting option to everyone involved.”
