Carlos could join San Lorenzo for free in the January transfer window, when his contract at Fenerbahce expires.
Argentine television presenter Marcelo Tinelli told Mundoazulgrana: “We’ve been offered the player and now we have to chat, it isn´t easy, but Roberto Carlos likes the idea of coming to San Lorenzo very much.”
Carlos has previously declared that he would be keen on a return to Spanish giants Real Madrid.
