Walcott started his first Premier League game of the season at Emirates Stadium but was replaced before half-time due to an knock.
“He suffers from his knee. We don’t know yet if it is a ligament or just a knock, we have to assess that tomorrow,” the Arsenal manager told Sky Sports.
“I do not believe he will be available for the Champions League game.”
