German newspaper TZ says the Bundesliga giants are closely monitoring the 24-year-old’s situation at Marseille.
Bayern Munich have been looking for a new goalkeeper, following the retirement of Oliver Kahn in the summer of 2008.
Marseille are keen to keep Mandanda at the club and will not allow him to leave cheaply.
