The Russian striker is expected to leave Spurs in January as he has been told he is no longer part of Harry Redknapp’s plans at White Hart Lane.
Birmingham, Spartak Moscow and Zenit St Petersburg are also believed to be considering making a January move for the 27-year-old.
It is believed Tottenham want to recoup most of the £13.8million they paid for Pavlyuchenko when he joined the club from Spartak Moscow in the summer of 2008.
