The Ligue 1 giants managed a 6-1 thrashing of Zurich at the Stade Velodrome in the Champions League.
Niang, who scored one of the goals, is now looking forward to the game against AC Milan at the San Siro.
“We played very well tonight with a bit of luck,” he told Sky Sports. “We will have to play better than that against Milan in the San Siro.
“They are a world class team with top players but we will have some chances against them. Hopefully we will defend well and take our chances.
“(Against Zurich) we just played fantastic. It is not always you score six goals against a European team. Let’s hope we found the league form and push for more.”
