The 23-year-old’s current deal expires in the summer of 2010 and several clubs have expressed an interest in the forward.
“There are several German and foreign clubs interested in securing the services of Aaron. However, he will only leave Werder for a bigger team,” said Hunt’s agent, Karlheinz Foerster, to Bild.
“We will open negotiations somewhere in December. Werder coach Thomas Schaaf and technical director Klaus Allofs have always supported Aaron, even when things weren’t going very well. There’s no doubt about it that he’s very satisfied at Werder.”
