Zamparini claims Simplicio, who is out of contract next summer, is set to sign a three-year contract extension with the club.
Simplicio has been linked with a move to Lazio in recent months.
“We have closed all forms of negotiations with [Lazio president Claudio] Lotito, he is staying with us,” Zamparini told Lalaziosiamonoi.it.
“He will stay with us for another three seasons.”
