Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed that he wants to seal a deal for the youngster.
Sandro’s agent Luiz Paulo Chignall admits a transfer is complicated as Internacional does not fully own the players.
“This deal is very advanced although Internacional are yet to receive some important documents,” said Chignall.
Spurs are reportedly confident of sealing a move.
