The 33-year-old’s current contract is set to expire in the summer and the striker is free to talk to other clubs in a few weeks.
“I’m up at the end of the season and hopefully something can get sorted out soon. I have not really had talks so far, nothing has been said,” Blake confirmed.
“But, fingers crossed, I can impress enough to get a new deal.
“I am just delighted to be playing in a good side and getting the licence to play. The gaffer has given me the chance to go and express myself. Hopefully I can do that for a few more years.
“I don’t want this to stop. I want to keep coming up against the best players in the world on a weekly basis.”
