The 22-year-old insists he will remain at Ajax until the end of the season at least.
He said: “I don’t know where the Chelsea rumours originated from. I’ve told everyone here at Ajax that I want to stay.
“I want to stay because I start every game, and thus I’ll go to the World Cup. I’ll definitely be here until June.”
