Lazio president Claudio Lotito has declared that the defender is not for sale, but Real Madrid are preparing a big money bid for the 24-year-old.
Spanish newspaper AS claims that the Real are keen to sign Kolarov after failing to bring in Juan Manuel Vargas from Fiorentina.
Lazio are reportedly looking for at least between €18-20million for the defender.
