The 25-year-old is currently on loan at Portsmouth from Benfica but is not expected to stay at Fratton Park.
“I like their style of play,” he told France Football about PSG.
“Playing for PSG would be extraordinary. It’s the city of my heart and it’s the city where I come from.”
