Miller is travelling to Teesside to undergo a medical and agree on personal terms.
Middlesbrough have agreed a fee in the region of £500,000 with Aberdeen for the highly-rated striker.
Miller’s contract expires in the summer and Aberdeen have decided to cash in on the striker.
