Ledesma’s agent, Vincenzo D’Ippolito, believes his client will complete a move before the January transfer window closes on Monday.
“The two presidents are talking and I think that an official announcement could be released today,” the agent told Lalaziosiamonoi.it.
“[Lazio president Claudio] Lotito has realised that he had to lower his demands, partly because the Inter offer was hard to turn down.”
Inter Milan have reportedly made a €8million plus young midfielder Joel Obi on a co-ownership deal bid for Ledesma.
“As far as I know, Inter have included a Primavera youngster in the deal,” added D’Ippolito.
“But it is not [Rene] Khrin, whose fee was too high.”
