Obertan has been linked with a loan move for Turkish side Fenerbahce.
The 20-year-old has failed to become a regular at Old Trafford, since joining the club from Bordeaux last summer.
“He’s staying at Manchester United,” Obertan’s representative Karim Djaziri told L’Equipe.
