The Sampdoria target was a reported target of the Blues in the January transfer window.
“I have not been contacted by anyone and (Chelsea manager Carlo) Ancelotti has not called me,” said the 25-year-old.
“I am happy at Sampdoria and I feel really good playing in Italy.
“The Serie A, with all its defects is a league that I really like.”
