The 23-year-old has been linked with clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United, Barcelona and Juventus in recent months.
“Ibrahim’s current PSV deal runs until the summer of 2011, so we’re not in a hurry to start negotiations over a new deal,” Rob Jansen told Sportweek.
“These kinds of things can go really quickly or go on for a while. We’ve decided to take it easy and take our time before we make a decision about a contract renewal. Let it be clear that Ibrahim is very happy at PSV though.
“There’s a chance that he will commit his future to PSV, but he could also decide to move abroad. I can’t really say anything about it at this moment. We’ll see how this develops.”
