De Telegraaf says the 18-year-old midfielder has a agreed a deal until the summer of 2014.
Eriksen has impressed for Ajax this season and the Dutch side are desperate for the youngster to sign a new deal.
“I’m very happy at Ajax and I really want to stay here. I’m grateful that head coach Martin Jol gave me the chance to make my official debut and I’m looking forward to continuing developing as a player,” said Eriksen.
