Moutinho has been linked with Everton for a couple of years, but Djalo has also impressed the Toffees in recent weeks.
“We are always looking for good players and we have seen several times how good Moutinho is,” Toffees chief executive Robert Elstone told Portuguese daily A Bola.
“I was at the press conference when Phil Neville highlighted Moutinho’s quality – and we are always looking to strengthen, so who knows?”
He added on their interest in forward Djalo: “Of course I know him. It is absolutely clear that he is a good player.”
