Bendtner twisted his ankle during the clash with West Ham last Saturday and has not been able to train this week, according to the Daily Mirror.
Bendtner said: “I twisted my ankle and already at halftime against West Ham I said that I probably wouldn’t be able to play the full 90 minutes.
“Now I hope to be able to train with the others Thursday or Friday because then I could play against Birmingham at the weekend, but I’m not sure that it will go so well.
