News of the World claims the Toffees are interested in signing Soldado, who is also wanted by Bayer Leverkusen and Valencia.
The 25-year-old has two years left on his contract at Getafe.
“This is not the first time I have had calls about Soldado,” said agent Alberto Toldra.
“I tell the clubs to speak to Getafe directly because they have not told me whether they will be willing to sell him in the summer.
“He is happy where he is for now but he wants a bigger challenge in the future.”
