The Hammers are planning a massive clear-out, just days after they finally beat the drop.
Sullivan told The Sun: “If we get the right bid we will sell any player, apart from Parker.
“That is the case with most teams other than Manchester United. But we have to improve the side.
“Finishing where we have done is anything but satisfactory.”
Sullivan added: “Parker is not for sale. He has several years left on his contract and has intimated on several occasions he wants to stay. He is Mr West Ham.”
The Hammers owners are desperate to trim the club’s £60million wage bill.
