The Spanish giants are desperate to bring in a new left back this summer as former Liverpool star Alvaro Arbeloa has failed to make an impact at the Bernabeu, according to the Daily Mail.
Real Madrid and former United star Cristiano Ronaldo have reportedly recommended Evra to Bernabeu director general Jorge Valdano.
Evra’s contract with United keeps him at the club until 2013.
