Reports have linked the 33-year-old with a move to Greek side Panathinaikos.
Giuly told radio station France Bleu Ile de France: “I have not had any offers. I feel good in Paris, I don’t see why I would look elsewhere.”
He added: “If I do not fit into the plans here, I would have a discussion with the coach and the club president, for sure.”
