Mexico face the Three Lions in a friendly at Wembley as both sides are preparing for the World Cup.
Franco told the Daily Mirror: “We can beat England even though they are a very important team, very strong, hard opposition who play very well.
“Fabio Capello has made his mark and I believe it will be a fine test for Mexico. We are playing one of the best sides in the world, but of course we can win. There are no unbeatable international teams.”
